With over four decades in the real estate industry, Linda has built a career defined by expertise, dedication, and service. She began her journey in 1979 while raising her family and working alongside her husband, John. Licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania, she quickly grew her business at Patterson-Schwartz through hard work, mentorship, and a deep commitment to her clients.

Linda became a Lifetime Member of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club in 1987, earned her Associate Broker designation, and was nationally recognized as a top 1% agent by the Association of Independent Brokers. She later formed a team that allowed her to expand her business while giving back—serving on numerous local boards and being named President and REALTOR® of the Year by the New Castle County Board of REALTORS®. In 2014, she was inducted into their Hall of Fame.

Today, Linda maintains a respected presence in the industry, with many longtime clients continuing to refer friends and family. Outside of real estate, she enjoys time with her grandchildren, reading, and relaxing at the shore.
