About Me

After years of raising her children and working with her husband John in his business, Linda decided in 1979 to enter the Real Estate business and took the pre-licensing course to become a salesperson. Upon being hired by Patterson-Schwartz, she became licensed in Delaware & Pennsylvania and worked tirelessly to build her business from the ground up. In following advice from many great mentors & co-workers in the Milltown office, she increased clientele by working “floor duty”, holding Open Houses and always being available to show homes. It was not long until she established herself as a competent & knowledgeable salesperson, and the sales of homes increased on a yearly basis.

In 1982, Linda entered an exclusive club when she sold $1 Million worth of Real Estate for the year. After 5 consecutive years of this accomplishment, she became a “Lifetime Member” New Castle County Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club in 1987. During this time, she also advanced her knowledge by graduating from the Real Estate Institute in 1985 and studied to become an Associate Broker in 1986. Linda’s increasing experience eventually led to working with many corporate clients that were relocating to and from this area. The continued success led to receiving a national sales award presented to the top 1% of real estate agents across the nation by an Association of Independent Brokers in 1992. By the mid 1990’s, the business grew enough for her to form a team (including John) to assist with the many expanding aspects of the business. She also attended many Real Estate conventions and seminars to keep up with the latest sales strategies and advances in technology.

With her team established, this gave Linda time to give back to the community by donating to several area charities and participating in community events. Her Real Estate peers also noticed her hard work which led to being elected as a director to the New Castle County Board of Realtors 2002. After serving on the Board for several years, she was eventually elected to President of the Board of Realtors in 2008 and subsequently, Realtor of the Year. She also served on the Executive Committee of the Board in 2009 & 2010. In May 2014, Linda received the distinguished honor of being elected to the New Castle County Board of Realtors Hall of Fame.

Today, Linda remains a highly respected and knowledgeable Realtor throughout the Real Estate profession. In an ever changing business environment, she has remained at the forefront and adjusted to the needs of her clients throughout all types of real estate markets. She has also established some great friendships with many clients; which shows in the endless referrals that she receives to this day. In her off hours, Linda loves to spend time with her grandchildren, Johnny & Joey, read a good novel, and spend time at the Shore.
